In fact, you can go to the roof if you don’t have the keycard to the Stronghold. There, you’ll find a few enemies that drop this item when they die.
You have to get it. If you don’t have enough room in your backpack, get rid of something to make room for the White Lotus Intel.
The White Lotus Intel is only considered to have been taken when you have left the DMZ without dying. On the map, these places where people left are marked with blue icons.
Once you get there, you’ll have to fight off enemies until the helicopter comes to take you away. You should also know that this item can be dropped by any enemy at the Stronghold.
This means that you should always look for items left behind by enemies who have died. On the lower level, the information can even fall into the water, making it very hard to see.
