It’s based on a book by Henry and Clay McLeod Chapman with the same name that was never published. It’s Henry’s first movie to direct since Coraline in 2009.

That’s more than enough reason to check it out, so let’s talk about where and when to watch Wendell and Wild.

Where To Watch Wendell & Cast

On Friday, October 21, 2022, some theaters will show the movie for the first time. It will only be shown in theaters until a week later, when it will be available to stream.

You’re right. Wendell and Wild will come out on Netflix on Friday, October 28, 2022, and only on that platform.

Because of this, people will be able to watch it in theaters or at home, and those who want to see it before Netflix subscribers will be able to do so a week before. Check Fandango for movie times and tickets in your area.

The movie made its debut at the 47th Toronto International Film Festival in September. It’s about two demon brothers named Wendell and Wild who ask 13-year-old Kat Elliot to help them get into the Land of the Living. As you might expect, there are some bumps in the road.
