Way to the Red Chest in Temple of Light in God of war Ragnarok
You will reach the Temple of Light as you travel through Alfheim. Both the Dark Elves and the Light Elves care a lot about this powerful and mysterious place.
Of course, they all have their own, more or less selfish reasons for wanting it. But neither you nor I are here to learn about the history of it.
We’d rather know what you have to do to get to that tempting Red Chest. Once you’ve dealt with some mean Light Elves in the middle area, you’ll be able to see the Red Chest sitting alone on a platform that sticks out from a stone wall. You are in the central area, and the Red Chest is on a platform on the other side of a large gap. So, how do you get there?
How to Solve Red Chest Temple of Light in GOW Ragnarok
Many players will think that there’s a catch to getting to the Red Chest from the central area, which is a mistake. They will look around and try to find places to grapple or puzzles to solve that will help them jump on that platform.
Do not waste your time on that here. Instead, there is a much easier way to get to the Red Chest in the Temple of Light.
First, climb the stairs to the left of the red chest. When you open the door, you’ll see a Light Door.
To open the door, you’ll need to break the light blue crystal above it. But it can’t be broken in one piece. Use the nearby lever to move the thing that hangs above it (see images) into the right place.
When you aim with your axe, if you see a blue ray between the Twilight Stone (or Purple Crystal) and the blue crystal, you have found the right spot. Now go through the door, fight some Nightmares that are about to explode, and take Kvasir’s Poems.
Tyr will jump (and I mean JUMP!) to the other side after another short battle. You should follow him, but let’s get our Red Chest out of the way first.
Turn the other way from where Tyr jumped, go up the short stairs, turn left, and then go down. And that’s where you’ll find the Red Chest in the GoW Ragnarok Temple of Light!
