Warzone servers shutting down date & time
Warzone 2 will come out on November 16, 2022, which is a Wednesday. Warzone 2 will come out on Tuesday, November 16th, but players will be able to preload it on Monday, November 14th.
Unfortunately, if you want to keep playing Warzone but aren’t too interested in Warzone 2.0, you’ll have to take a short break. In other words, Activision is going to shut down the Warzone servers for a short time.
- NA East Coast – 11 am ET, November 16th
- UK – 4 pm BST, November 16th
- NA West Coast – 8 am PT, November 16th
- Europe – 5 pm CET, November 16th
So far as I can tell, they’ll need every Call of Duty developer who is available to work on Warzone 2 during the launch period to make sure the game is “running well.”
So, Warzone won’t be available at that time. So, when are the Warzone servers going to stop running? Here’s how it breaks down by region:
Once Vanguard Season 5 is over, the Warzone servers will no longer be available. This means that, as of the time this was written, you still had a few days to finish your Season 5 battle pass and other things before Warzone went offline.
On Monday, November 28, Activision plans to bring back Warzone. The name of the game will change to Call of Duty: Warzone Caldera.
And from that point on, Cladera will be the only map you can use. Fortune’s Keep and the popular Rebirth Island map will no longer be available.
