His death, after a medical struggle over the preceding days, was announced through a heartfelt Facebook post.

Born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Trevor attended Oakland High School, graduating in 2010. He pursued his higher education at Middle Tennessee State University, earning his degree in 2015.

Trevor leaves behind his wife, Taylor Adams Hornsby, along with their two young sons, Liam and Brooks Hornsby. Additionally, he is survived by his parents, siblings, nephews, nieces, grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins, and a vast circle of friends and coworkers.
