When players try to buy the battle pass, they get the “Timed out Waiting for Achievements” error in Warzone 2.0. Players say they paid 1200 COD points for the battle pass, and when they open it, they get the following error.
“Service Failed, Timed Out Waiting for Achievements (Smith-Camp)”
It looks like the points were taken off the account, but the battle pass is still not there. It’s not clear if the pass was bought and the server is taking a while to finish the transaction or if there is a problem with transactions in the game right now.
This usually happens on launch day or when a big patch drops new content. So, unfortunately, this problem doesn’t really have a solution. You’ll just have to be patient and keep an eye on places like Reddit and the official Activision support Twitter account.
As long as this problem keeps happening, it’s probably best to wait to buy the battle pass. Even though it’s not ideal, your best bet is to wait until later in the day and see how the servers are doing.
