What to do if you get stuck at “Eliminate All Guards” in the mission? There are two things that could happen here. Either you haven’t really killed all the guards, since a group of guards are working on fixing the truck under the truck.
If that’s the case, you should look there and get rid of them before moving on. But it’s also possible that the game has a bug and a group of enemies that were supposed to appear didn’t.
The only thing you can do then is start over from the last checkpoint. This should fix the problem and let those enemies appear.
