Setup Tactical Camera pointing at Underpass: In Call of Duty: Warzone 2, Who’s Watching is a Tier 1 mission. Like many other missions in Warzone 2, this one has three goals that you need to reach to finish it.
These are to get a Tactical Camera, set it up so it points at the underpass in Rohan Oil, and take pictures of 5 enemies in Rohan Oil with the camera.

Before you start the mission, the first thing you should do is make sure that the Tactical Camera is in your loadout. So, you’ll be able to finish the first goal as soon as the mission starts.
The next thing you need to do is get to the Rohan Oil underpass. We’ve marked this place in the gallery of screen shots. Here is where you should set up the Tactical Camera itself.
But keep in mind that you have to put it inside the underpass, not on top of it. If you put it there, this step of the mission will not be finished.
Also, it’s very important that you throw the camera in the right direction. Do it in the same way that our screenshot shows. Lastly, there is a chance that the game will crash at this point.
Several players have said that no matter how well they did this, the game wouldn’t mark this step as done. If this has happened to you, the only thing you can do is start the mission over and hope that this time it will go as planned.
