Pokemon GO Hisuian Voltorb Spotlight Hour: In this guide for the Hisuian Voltorb Spotlight Hour in Pokemon GO and the Shiny Hisuian Voltorb that will be available in August 2022, we will provide you with all of the information you require to make the most of the mini-event.

We are going to talk about when it is going to happen, what the bonus is going to be, and whether or not Hisuian Voltorb can have a shiny form.

Pokemon GO Hisuian Voltorb Spotlight Hour

Pokemon GO Hisuian Voltorb Spotlight Hour

The Pokemon GO Hisuian Voltorb Spotlight Hour for the month of August 2022 will take place on Tuesday, August 2nd, from 6 PM to 7 PM local server time.

Naturally, that is the norm for these kinds of little events to follow. During the course of that hour, there will be a greater chance of encountering the Hisuian variant of Voltorb.

This Spotlight Hour, like all others, will provide a unique bonus for the duration of the event; this time around, that bonus is double the amount of Catch Startdust you receive.

This means that for every Pokemon you capture, you will receive double the amount of Stardust. In my opinion, that is the most uninteresting perk in the entire world, with the possible exception of receiving double the amount of Transfer Stardust.

You should take advantage of this opportunity to stock up on that particular resource if you find that you are running low on it for whatever reason.

Can Hisuian Voltorb Be Shiny?

the Hisuian Voltorb in Pokemon GO couldn’t be shiny, but that doesn’t mean the August 2022 Spotlight Hour won’t be a surprise.

Who knows, maybe Niantic will bring back a shiny version of a Voltorb from the past just for the mini-event. I wouldn’t hold my breath, though, because I don’t think that will happen.

Even so, the fact that the Spotlight Hour will feature a Pokemon from Hawaii should be enough to get people to join in. Also, the Hisuian Discoveries event is still going on, so you should already be looking around your neighborhood for other new versions of Pokemon you already have.

If you need more information, you can look at the official event notice.
