Most likely, this is happening because there aren’t enough people on your server to play in that arena. Limgrave, Caelid, and Leyndell all have different ways to play and different wait times.
There are waiting lines for 1v1, 2v2, and 3v3 games. Then there are many different kinds. If no one wants to join, it will take a long time for arenas to find a match.
The “Please Wait Until All Combatants Are Assembled” message can also show up when the servers are down. Even when they try to play with friends, some players get the same message.
In that case, you’ll have to wait until the Elden Ring servers come back online.
