Shigaraki keeps fighting Endeavour, who now has Gran Torino, Deku, and Bakugo on her side. But now the heroes have to deal with a group of “Near High End” Nomus that made it out of the hospital after it collapsed. The doctor says that they only obey orders from whoever the settings on a remote control are set to, which is Shigaraki.

After saving Aizawa from an attack, Deku finally meets Shigaraki face-to-face. However, Shigaraki hears a voice inside his head telling him to catch One For All. When the voice calls Deku his little brother, he stops for a moment, but then Shigaraki’s ego takes over and he gets ready for another powerful attack.

At the same time, Gigantomachia grabs Dabi, Toga, Mr. Compress, and a few other bad guys as he runs from the battlefield to Shigaraki. Mount Lady tries to stop him, but he is too big and strong, and she and Gigantomachia are both pushed down the hillside.

Mount Lady is pushed aside as Kamui Woods flies next to it with Midnight on his back. Dabi sees them and fires his blue flames at Kamui, but Mr. Compress attacks Midnight instead, causing the two to fall hundreds of feet through the canopy.

Midnight, who is badly hurt, tells Yaoyorozu that they can’t stop Gigantomachi just by using brute force. Instead, she needs to make a lot of anesthetic so they can put the huge bad guy to sleep. Just as a group of bad guys arrive at Midnight’s location, the scene ends.

As Yaoyoruzu starts giving orders to her fellow U.A. students, we see a quick flashback to when Midnight said that Yaoyoruzu would be a good leader one day. The group of students laughs as they start to get the anesthetic. At the end of the episode, the group of would-be heroes is getting ready to stop Gigantomachia in his tracks.
