Medical Mule Dumpster Dead Drop Location in DMZ Warzone 2: White Lotus’s Medical Mule Tier 3 mission in MW2 DMZ will ask players to bring Stims and Emergency Rations to the dumpster dead drop northeast of Al Sammam Cemetery.
It looks easy on paper. But this mission is hard for a lot of players. They don’t know where to find the dead drop for the Medical Mule.

Medical Mule Dumpster Dead Drop Location in DMZ Warzone 2
The Medical Mule mission tells us to bring 20 Stims and 10 Emergency Rations to the dumpster drop-off northeast of Al Sammam Cemetery. Stims will be dropped by regular AI enemies and can also be found in hospitals all over the map.
Check your tac-map to find out where they are. On the other hand, you can usually find Emergency Rations in refrigerators.
You might also find them on shelves in homes and garages. But it looks like this part of the mission will be easier. Instead, the dead drop location is what has many players confused.
“Northeast of Al Sammam Cemetery” is what it says. But that’s not a good way to describe it. In fact, it’s not like that at all.
“We set up a dumpster dead drop outside of the Sa’id City Mall,” the Medical Mule mission brief says. And that’s the real place, which is the Al Sa’Id Shopping Centre.
So, it’s actually northwest of the Al Sammam Cemetery. It shouldn’t be hard to find the Al Sa’Id Shopping Center. When you get there, just go behind it to find two dumpsters.
The smaller grey one is the one we’re looking for.
