Based on Paul G. Tremblay’s 2018 novel The Cabin at the End of the World, the story follows Eric, Andrew, and their daughter Wen as they spend their vacation in a cabin. There, they meet four strangers who tell them they must make a big sacrifice to save humanity.

Herds Stefánsdóttir made the 20 songs on the soundtrack for Knock At The Cabin. But there is also a well-known and popular song that is played over and over again.
Eric plays the song “Boogie Shoes” by KC and the Sunshine Band as the family drives to the cabin. Even in the last part of the movie, the song plays again. Don’t worry, there are no spoilers here.
The funk and disco band’s self-titled album came out in 1975, and the song was on it.
