Trainers are wondering if Furfrou can be Shiny during the limited-time event now that the Normal-type Pokémon is back. This guide tells Trainers if and where they are most likely to find Shiny Furfrou in Pokémon GO.
Is There A Shiny Furfrou In Pokémon GO?
The first day of Pokémon GO Fashion Week is September 27, 2022, at 10 a.m. local time. It will end on October 3, 2022, at 8 p.m. local time. Furfrou will also show up in a number of game activities.
Trainers can meet Furfrou in the upcoming Raids for Pokémon GO Fashion Week, which is the first of these ways to play with Furfrou. Along with Diglett, Shinx, Croagunk, and Scraggy, a Shiny Furfrou may appear in one-star Raids.
Next, Furfrou will be included in the Fashion Week event’s Field Research Tasks. Trainers can finish each research task to get an encounter with a Normal-type Pokémon, but there’s a chance that they could get another encounter if they finish all of the Field Research Tasks.

Shiny Furfrou will show up in all of its Trims, but Trainers must catch it in its Natural Trim form. Once they’ve caught the Natural Trim Furfrou, they need to go to the Pokémon storage and choose “Form Change” to see what trims are available.
To change Furfrou’s trim, you’ll need 25 Furfrou Candy and 10,000 Stardust.
Trainers must choose “Change Form” after they’ve chosen their preferred Trim. If they catch a Shiny Normal Trim Furfrou, they’ll have changed its form successfully, and it might be Shiny.
