Is Overwatch 2 Servers Down Currently?
Blizzard will do maintenance on October 6 at 3 p.m. PT, 6 p.m. ET, and 11 p.m. BST to fix server problems. During that time, the servers for Overwatch 2 will be down, so you won’t be able to play. In an hour, the servers should be back online. At 6 p.m. PT, 9 p.m. ET, and 3 a.m. CEST, there will be another downtime for the servers. The second maintenance period will last for 3 hours, ending at 9 pm PT, 12 am ET, and 6 am CEST.
Overwatch 1 servers will shut down for good on Monday, October 3, at 6 p.m. CEST, 5 p.m. BST, 12 p.m. ET, and 9 a.m. PT. You won’t be able to play the first version of Overwatch any longer. About 27 hours will go by without the servers working. Overwatch 2 servers are expected to go live on Tuesday, October 4, at 9 p.m. CEST, 8 p.m. BST, 3 p.m. ET, and 12 p.m. PT.
