Is Damar Hamlin Still Alive ?: The NFL said that Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin is in critical condition after passing out on the field during their game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday night.
After the injury, the rest of the game had to be put off. The NFL didn’t say when the rest of the game would be played.
Hamlin tackled Bengals receiver Tee Higgins at the end of the first quarter of the game. Hamlin is 24 years old. It’s not clear what happened, but a reporter for ESPN, which was broadcasting the game, said that Hamlin “made a hit, got up, took a couple of steps, and then just fell to the ground.”

The announcers said that Hamlin was treated on the field for about 10 minutes, including what looked like CPR, before an ambulance was brought onto the field. As Hamlin was being put into the ambulance, it looked like he was given oxygen.

When Hamlin was taken off the field, the referees said the game was “temporarily stopped,” and the players went back to their locker rooms.
