Now that the Fourth of July is here, it’s time for the same things that happen every year. But you might have forgotten something and need to make a quick stop at Costco or another store.
While everyone in the country celebrates Independence Day, some stores and businesses may still be open, but with shorter or different hours.
Here is everything that Costco members need to know about the store’s hours on July 4th.
Is Costco open on the Fourth of July? Today?
No, Costco will not open for its members on July 4th.
But depending on your membership, you will be able to use it at different times.
The official website says that Plus members can go to the store between 8 am and 6 pm. The club members, on the other hand, can go from 10 am to 6 pm.
What is open and closed?
Except for Costco, all of the big stores will be open tomorrow, including Costco. But each store’s hours may change based on the event.
Check with the store near you before you leave.
Stores like T.J. Maxx, Costco, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Home Depot, Ikea, Kohls, and Lowe’s will also be open on Independence Day.
Also, liquor stores will be open until 5 p.m., so you can get all your work done before the fireworks start.
On the 4th of July, government buildings, banks, and even the post office will be closed to celebrate Independence Day.
Have a safe celebration
During the celebrations, it’s important to think about your safety and the safety of your family and friends.
Don’t forget that we’re still fighting against coronavirus. So make sure you wear a mask when it’s necessary and always wash your hands.
One of the best parts of the holiday is the fireworks, but they can also be dangerous. So always keep a safe distance and keep kids away from it.
Last but not least, you can beat the heat by drinking water. Don’t stay out in the sun for long periods of time, and don’t forget to use the right sunscreen! Also, try to stay in the shade as much as you can.
