The Dreamlight Valley from Disney The new version of Scar’s Kingdom is now live. It has a lot of new quests, recipes, ravens, and other things. And Scar himself, of course! The cranky lion has moved into a huge skull that towers over the Sunlit Plateau.
And while many players expected that, what they didn’t expect was the change in how it moved. Since the update, you can no longer move Scar’s house.
Specifically, before the update, players could use the Furniture menu to move the skull wherever they wanted. This was mostly used so that players could pick up items that fell in places they couldn’t reach otherwise.
Sadly, it’s no longer possible to do that. And this is already giving a lot of players trouble.
Nekorena wrote on Reddit that he moved his house before the update. Because of this, he can’t get into the mine anymore because Scar’s house is blocking the entrance and can’t be moved.
Other players are having trouble getting to chests and other items near Scar’s house because the permanently placed skull is in the way. At the time this was written, developers hadn’t said if “Can’t Move Scar’s Home” was a bug or a change that was meant to happen. That’s all we know right now.
