Before you can do anything else, you need to finish the quest “The Story of Fresh Blood.”
Here are the steps to get the quest:

- Go to the island of Asura. When the island spawns, you can go there. It only appears on certain days, and you can look at your compass to see if it will appear while you are playing.
- When you get to the island, you do two quests.
- PvE: The first quest you play lets you fight different monsters. There is a leaderboard because there are so many people fighting them. The player who gets rid of the most opponents is first and gets the most points. Then came the last players who just took part and got rewards for that.
- PvP: As the name suggests, this is a PvP quest, so you have to fight other players. Like before, the players who have been eliminated the most get the most money, while the players who have been eliminated the least or who die early get the least money.
- Blood Shards are the rewards for both of these quests. If you are very good and finish both quests in first place, you will get enough Blood shards to buy the quest item. If you don’t want to do that, you can also do these quests again and again until you have 100 Blood Shards.
- Under Sailing Material in your inventory’s Storage tab, you can see how many Blood Shards you have.
- Next, go to the island spirit and trade 100 Blood Shards for a letter called “Challenge of Blood.”
- Use it to get your quest started.
- Finish this quest, then leave the island.
- Now, go back to the island and agree to fight again with Gangwoon.
- If you beat Gangwoon, you’ll get the Asura Island Token, which is also called the Asura Island Soul.
