During the Primal Storms pre-patch event, you will need to collect Pre-Sentient Rock Clusters that Earth Primal mobs drop. To make Chip, you need two of these, so don’t lose them. Get more than two Chips if you want more than one. They might not drop for a while, so you might need to farm for them for a while.
