This guide tells you what IFAK is and where to find it in the DMZ so you can complete the Extract 1 IFAK task for the Legion’s Tier 1 Health Conscious mission.

How to Find IFAK In Health Conscious Mission

Before we tell you where to find 1 IFAK for the Health Conscious mission, let’s make sure everyone knows what it is, since there seems to be a lot of confusion about it.

Individual First Aid Kit is what “IFAK” stands for. It’s basically a first aid kit for emergencies. “Our operators have been hurt,” the mission briefing says, and “medical supplies in the FOB are running low.”

So, this is why we need to get a first-aid kit. Now that we know what we’re looking for, let’s see where you can find and Extract 1 IFAK.

As with most items in the DMZ, the IFAK does not always drop from the same place. Instead, it’s just a drop. But places that would naturally have this item have a higher chance of dropping it than places that don’t make sense to look for it.

And just like you look for a GPU in the Server Building, you will look for medical supplies in places that have something to do with health care.

So, the best places in the DMZ to look for IFAK are hospitals and other medical places. Check every medicine cabinet and first aid kit you find, and you’ll find an IFAK in no time.
