Before you can unlock and play the Burning Shores DLC for Horizon: Forbidden West, you have to meet some requirements. “To enter the Burning Shores, you must finish the main quest (up to and including Singularity) in the PS5 version of Horizon: Forbidden West,” says the official DLC page.
