You will see a link-accounts option. Just this. The next step is to watch streamers that Sea of Thieves has teamed up with.

How to Claim Twitch Drops in Sea of Thieves
When you get a Twitch Drop, Twitch will automatically let you know. Keep in mind that you have 24 hours from the time Twitch tells you about it to claim it.
Once you’ve claimed it, the item will be added to your account automatically. When you start the game the next time, you’ll be able to see all of your rewards there. If you’re already in the game, you’ll need to log out and back in to get the rewards.
