How to Enable 120Hz gameplay in Modern Warfare 2 on the PS5 : Does the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 beta have a 120 FPS option? The beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is now live for PlayStation players, and fans from all over the world are jumping in to try out the new Gunsmith 2.0 system and their multiplayer skills.

But when the beta for the PlayStation 5 started, a lot of players didn’t know how to turn on 120 FPS in MW 2 on their consoles. Is 120Hz an option in the beta version of MW2? If not, will it be added when the product comes out? What we know about it is as follows.

The beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 just started for PlayStation owners who preordered the game. Many PS5 owners will try to set the game to work at 120Hz right away because they want to get the most out of their consoles.

On modern consoles, you have to be able to play games at 120 FPS. And this is especially true for games where the player is the one shooting. Other than that, COD games feel slow and almost unplayable at 60FPS.

So, how do you change Modern Warfare 2’s beta on PlayStation 5 to 120Hz? And is there even such a choice? As far as we know, the PlayStation 5 version of the Modern Warfare beta doesn’t have any options for 120Hz support right now.

At the time this was written, we didn’t know if this was a mistake or done on purpose. They might add a choice in the next beta patch. Or, maybe the 120Hz option for Modern Warfare 2 on the PS5 will be added when the game comes out in full.

Both Vanguard and Black Ops Cold War, which were the first two Call of Duty games for the PS5, fully support 120Hz gameplay.

So, we expect that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on the PS5 will also support 120Hz. But it’s still not clear when the 120 FPS option will be added.
