How to complete Forza Horizon 5 Tropical Fruits Treasure Hunt: In Forza Horizon 5, you have to find a treasure chest in order to complete the Tropical Fruits Treasure Hunt, and you can do this by driving an electric car around the Horizon Festival.
Playground Games, the company that developed Forza Horizon 5 and released its most recent game update, known as Series 10, has announced that the game will now include the off-road racing series known as Extreme E.
Alongside the newly introduced Summer/Wet Season Festival Playlist, there will be a variety of racing events and challenges for players to complete, each of which will put them in control of an electric car.
You will have to uncover the long-lost treasure that has stumped a lot of other people if you take part in the new limited-time challenge that the season’s Festival Playlist has added: the Tropical Fruits Treasure Hunt. In Forza Horizon 5, this guide will walk you through how to complete the Treasure Hunt challenge and claim the rewards that come with it.
How to complete Forza Horizon 5 Tropical Fruits Treasure Hunt
The first thing you need to know to start the challenge is the Tropical Fruits Treasure Hunt, which you can find on the Festival Playlist menu. To solve the first clue, “Carting on electric wheels is five times better if you’re good at it,” you’ll need an electric car.
In addition to the ten electric vehicles (EV) that are part of the Extreme E racing series event, there are also ten other electric and hybrid cars to choose from in the game.
Even though none of these EVs are very cheap—the Ferrari LaFerrari is one of the most expensive cars—we recommend getting the 2022 Extreme E #99 Chip Ganassi Racing GMC Hummer EV for 700,000 Credits. This is one of the Extreme E cars.
Once you have an EV in your garage, you’ll need to smash it into five carts to solve the first clue and get to the next one. If you don’t know where to look for carts, it can be hard to find them. We suggest going to Guanajuato and looking for an open market space near the Tunnel Run Street Racing event.
In the center of Mulegé, there is another place where you can find more carts. Try not to hit nearby buildings when you crash, and only hit the cart. If you do, you could lose the Skill Multiplier, so wait a few seconds between smashes so the skill can be checked.
When five carts are broken, the next clue will be unlocked. It will say, “Find the treasure!” and a spot on the Horizon Festival map will be marked. This area is on the eastern side, north of Playa Azul.
From the Festival Playlist menu, the challenge picture will show you where to look. Go to the beach and look for the wooden boat beyond the wooden beams in the picture to find the hidden treasure chest that is partly submerged and smash it.
