To become a Project Mugetsu Soul Reaper, the next step is to talk to Kisuke. Confirm that you want to become a Soul Reaper, and that’s it.
You’ll also get a cool sword and a bonus item that lets you change back into a human for some quests. This is only for a short time, though. Once you become a Soul Reaper, you can’t go back unless you pay Robux or use a reset code.
On the plus side, joining the spirit realm’s police force lets you unlock your Shikai and, later, your Bankai, which is fun and gives you access to some powerful attacks.
