Does Vengeance have a post credit scene?

Does Vengeance have a post credit scene: Vengeance is B.J. Novak’s (from “The Office”) first movie as a director. It’s a darkly comedic thriller about a journalist and podcaster named Ben Manalowitz who goes from New York City to West Texas to look into the death of a girl he was hooking up with.

“Vengeance” sounds like the name of a Liam Neeson action movie, not a smart and insightful dark comedy/murder mystery starring two guys from MTV’s “Punk’d.” But B.J. Novak’s (Ryan on NBC’s “The Office”) first feature film as a director does more than just change the title. Definitely not.

Novak is the main character, and he also wrote the script. He plays Ben, a writer for the New Yorker who is charming and thoughtful but also arrogant and condescending.

Ben hangs out with John Mayer, because, duh. He spends his days looking for stories to turn into podcasts and his nights looking for women to hook up with in his direct messages. Lets find out does Vengeance have a end credit scene?

Popularity of end-credits scenes in Vengeance is mystery the movie shows part that is unclear. When one of the women in his phone is found dead in an oil field in West Texas, these two things come together. Her brother Ty (Boyd Holbrook, “Narcos” on Netflix), who thinks Ben is his sister’s boyfriend, makes him come to the funeral.

But Ty is inviting Ben for another reason. He doesn’t believe that Abilene, who was played by Lio Tipton and wanted to be a singer, died from an overdose of opioids as the police say.

He thinks instead that she was killed and asks Ben to help him get revenge for her death. Ben tells Ty that he isn’t a character in a Liam Neeson action movie, so he doesn’t want to get revenge. He also sees the potential for a podcast right away.

Even though Ty’s theory doesn’t have any proof, it has everything that Ben’s producer (Issa Rae from HBO’s “Insecure”) is looking for: a mysterious death, an interesting cast of characters, crazy conspiracy theories, a setting in Texas that seems almost mythical, and, perhaps most interesting of all, a dead white girl at the center of it all.

Vengeance Ending Scene

Not everyone will like “Vengeance” as much as I did. Especially the ending is likely to divide people. This movie tries hard and has a lot to say. Some of it probably seems deeper than it really is. But, what the heck, I bought it, and if you don’t, well, bless your heart, as they say in Texas. No matter what, Novak shows enough brilliance in his first movie that you can’t help but look forward to what he does next.
