Does Till have post credit scene?

Does Till have post credit scene: In “Till,” the story is told of how Emmett Till was killed and how his mother, Mamie Till-Mobley, worked to change things. It’s the second time this story has been told in 2022, after the “Women of the Movement” miniseries on ABC in January.

One might think that making two movies about the same story in such a short time is too much. But because one political party keeps trying to hide history that makes White people feel uncomfortable, these stories must stay in the public mind.

They have to be told again, just like my family’s oral historians told me about Emmett Till when I was a little boy. If you think these things happened “in the past” and that we should move on, just look at the headline of this New York Times article: “Emmett Till Memorial Has a New Sign.” This Time, It Can’t Be Hit.” People were still putting bullet holes in a sign that marked the site of a lynching as late as 2019.

Most historical dramas that want to show respect for a certain person or event tend to tell stories in similar ways. Till, which was co-written and directed by Chinonye Chukwu, is no different, but the film’s gritty parts make it stand out.

The heartbreaking story of Mamie Till-Mobley and her son Emmett is a reminder that their names and what they stood for should never be forgotten. Till does this with a lot of love and respect for its main character and her life.
