No, in 2023 you can’t switch servers in Cookie Run Kingdom. You can only choose your server when you first sign up for an account.
Whether you choose Pure Vanilla, Hollyberry, or Dark Cacao, you’re stuck with that flavor. To switch, you have to delete your current account and sign up for a new one.
I guess you could also make a second account with different information, like a new email address. In either case, you’ll have to deal with losing everything you’ve done.
This will include characters you got through the brutal gacha game system and everything else you unlocked by grinding for hours and hours. You’ll have to decide if it’s worth the trouble.
